This is a small rehearsal band, currently playing from the Easy Jazz songbooks, which include a range of music such as All Of Me, Beyond The Sea, Born To Be Wild, In The Mood and many more.
We welcome improvers and people who may not have played for a while through to fully competent musicians who are happy to help others improve.
We would particularly welcome tenor sax, trumpet and trombone players!
You would need to buy the three music books, which are readily available online, at around £12 each. We have a u3a subsidy for the rehearsal venue, but need to top this up at approx £50 per musician per year.
