Come along to strut your stuff to a mix of music and have a laugh with others. Note: this is not a dancercise class.

If a member prefers, they can just sit and listen to the music. There is a cafe next door for refreshments or members can bring their own.

You are never too old to dance! Dancing has proven to be one of the best ways to maintain and improve muscle strength as we age, combatting the typical muscle loss that comes with age.

Dancing can improve balance and coordination, making people less likely to fall and injure themselves, and it also helps with overall fitness and weight management.

Dancing releases endorphins and is a great way to socialise, improving mental health and helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
