A combination of exercises from Tai Chi and ChiGong. We practice this method of gentle exercises under the guidance of an experienced teacher, Younghe Allison.

  • 24 Simplified Yang School Tai Chi. The circular movements are slow and uninterrupted like a flowing stream.
  • Chi Gong. Chi Gong translates from Chinese as "inner energy exercise". Developing breathing, by exercise, builds inner energy. As inner energy "Chi" flows through the meridian channels stability and balance improve and promote better health. These exercises are an important part of preparation for Tai Chi movements.
