Art Appreciation - Stoke Gifford

"Romany Belles" by Dame Laura Knight
Status:Active, open to new members
Leader:
When: Monthly on Saturday afternoons 2:00 pm
1st Saturday of the month, February - April and September - November
Venue: Stoke Gifford Retirement Village Hall

We are a friendly group of people who enjoy looking at and talking about art in all its forms. We interpret 'Art' in its widest sense including mosaics, embroidery, engraving, etc, as well as paintings.

Members of the group, or others, give talks on art or related subjects, well illustrated on a screen, and you don't need any knowledge to take part - just an interest in the subject.

We do not provide refreshments but these can be obtained in the Bistro which adjoins the hall where the meetings are held.

There is no charge. If you are a Bristol u3a member just come along as there is plenty of room for everyone.
