There is no tuition, but plenty of encouragement and exchange of ideas. The members are all aspirant or amateur artists, using media which include watercolour, inks, pastel and pencil.  Anyone is welcome to join, from absolute beginners to accomplished artists. Members bring their own art supplies.

Sometimes a member will select a reference for the meeting, and at other times they will bring a project that they’re currently working on.  The purpose of the group is to provide support, encouraging criticism and exploration of techniques to each other.  The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There is a fully equipped kitchen on site and members can prepare their own tea or coffee.

From time to time members may suggest visits to art exhibitions and displays at a mutually agreed time.
