If you have particular requirements, for example if you have limited mobility, sight or hearing, please let us know and we will do our best to help you access our activities.

On the page of each interest group which meets in a member's home there is an indication of any accessibility issues where known. If the group meets in a public venue you can click on the name of the venue to find out the address and any information we have relating to public transport and parking.

We try to keep this information up-to-date but parking charges and bus routes are liable to change so if you notice any errors do let the Website Manager know.

We include a simple overview of accessibility details such as steps, ramps, disabled toilets and provision of a hearing loop for each venue where known. This information is given to the best of our knowledge, from details provided by leaders or a site visit by one of our Trustees. The information cannot be guaranteed as the venues are not under Bristol u3a control. Toilets marked as for disabled people vary in how well designed and accessible they are.

If you have any specific questions relating to a venue do contact the leader before joining a group as they may hold more detailed information and could ensure that somebody meets you on your initial visit in case you encounter any problems.

Or email our Accessibility Officer to discuss your needs.
