We meet in the comfortable Upper Lounge, accessible by lift.

From Purcell to Poulenc, from Bellini to Britten, this group is for those who want to appreciate their favourite operas together.

Members are encouraged to take turns to bring in a DVD, which they can propose at the previous meeting or on the group chat. There is no need to make a presentation, but there might be a little discussion at the beginning or the end. There should be time for a cuppa and a chat in the interval (Westbury Fields will charge £1 per person for tea and biscuits).

If there is enough interest, we can go to live performances in Bristol or elsewhere.
