South Glos Libraries provide one-to-one sessions with a Digital Champion to get help with basic online skills – click here for details of libraries, dates and times.
To book your free session which generally lasts around an hour, you can:
- book online
- visit the library during staffed hours and speak to library staff
- email the library
- phone the contact centre on 01454 868006 (8.45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 4.30pm Fridays)
Age UK South Gloucestershire offer a free Digital Inclusion Service for older people with a South Glos address, with both group and one-to-one sessions. They also provide free loan tablets and internet connectivity so that people without access are able to give it a go and see if it's right for them. Contact Age UK South Glos at:

- Page Community Association, Staple Hill from 1pm until 3pm on 2nd Monday of the month
