We meet in the lower hall, which is accessed via the rear entrance, and the 48X stops directly outside (Leap Bridge) at 2.28pm.

Get fit and healthy by dancing to mood-busting music of all genres from the '70s to the present day.  We can’t guarantee that you’ll be familiar with all the music played, but if you enjoy dancing to music with a strong beat, this is for you.  There is plenty of room for people who just want to sit and socialise informally, and we have use of a kitchen so that people can make their own brew. 

There is a second Daytime Disco group, which runs in The Nest at Page Park on a Thursday afternoon. Contact its group leader to find out more and request to join.
